Excellent customer service, Mr. Amadou gave me a tour, explained my options and pricing. The team was professional, efficient and organized.

I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s affordable, close by, the employees are always polite, the facilities are always clean and they help me with whatever issues I have for storage. It’s not that far from the subway in case I need to just visit the facility. I have recommended them to two friends who now also store their items there.

Mini Storage was a little hard to find once I got off the subway due to vague directions from a friend, but, once I found you, seeing the locker, signing up for the locker etc. went very smoothly and everyone was more than professional and nice......I would say super nice.. Plus the fact that everything at the storage site is incredibly clean and obviously cared for.
